Project Architect Job in North London

A Project Architect job is now available working with a multi-disciplinary practice in North London.

This company of around 20 foster an environment of growth, working on a mixture of projects from housing to office and mixed-use developments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings, models, images
• Mentor and lead junior members of the team
• Manage projects across all RIBA stages
• Contribute/assist in the creative design of projects
• Complete plan checks as required, to ensure maintenance of high standard of project delivery
• Research techniques relating to materials, methods and construction
• Follow all architectural guidelines and standards
• Develop representations of design options.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Project Architect position
• Vectorworks experience is essential
• Good knowledge of building regulations and construction materials/methods
• Proven experience leading projects
• Site experience is required
• Excellent design skills
• Ability to motivate and encourage
• Excellent English, both written and verbal
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
