Senior Architect

We have just received a new assignment for a talented Senior Architect to join a well-established medium sized award winning Architectural Practice based in East London. 

Our client is looking to appoint an Senior Architect to deliver education & residential schemes from inception to completion. 

Reporting into a Director, this candidate will take ownership of one large or multiple small projects, liaising with the client and attending site visits. 

Projects can vary from refurbishments of listed buildings to new build of schools and homes. Our client uses modern methods of construction and sustainable materials within their Architecture. 

The ideal person will be:-

• ARB registered Architect with 5 - 10 years* post qualified experience. 
• Creative Architect with a keen interest in working across all stages. 
• Client facing, concept design, feasibility, planning, technical delivery and contract administration skills. 
• Strong communicator who can mentor more junior staff. 

In return our client offers 23 days holiday, pension scheme, EOT Bonus and 3 days office / 2 days home working pattern.
