Architectural Technologist or Technician

Planning Recruitment are currently supporting a medium sized Architectural studio in Vauxhall as they are looking to welcome an Architectural Technologist following a project win, along with a promising looking project pipeline.

Upon joining the practice, you will join the project team working on stage 4 of a commercial workplace project being completed in Revit. The studio have also completed a number of projects in the multi-unit and prime residential sectors too. The ideal candidate will be qualified Architectural Technologist or Technician with demonstrable experience working on RIBA stage 4 within a practice. You will be capable of working independently to produce technical details and packages as part of a wider project team. Experience working in the commercial workplace sector will be advantageous. Revit proficiency is absolutely essential.

In return, you will be joining a well-established practice with a varied portfolio of projects. The practice are working hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days in the office, though there is the option to work full-time from the office if preferable.
