An exciting opportunity for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant has come up to join a growing practice, in the Luton region. My client has a strong portoflio of larger scale projects within the Industrial and Commercial sectors, which focus on the delivery of BIM.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent design skills as well as demonstrating a proficiency in Revit. The perfect candidate will also come across as enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.

Skills needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• To be creative to produce integrated designs
• To demonstrate efficient design and technical skills
• To be proficient in sustainable design
• An excellent communicator, to deliver ideas orally as well as written
• To be able to have a proactive approach to problem solving
• To demonstrate a creative approach to all new ideas

Essential skills needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Experience large scale projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong Revit skills
• Experience in construction drawing packages is preferable
