Salary: £31-33,000 (Dependant on experience)

My client is well-established, and RIBA chartered and are known for providing a high-quality service across the Architecture, Urban Design, Master Planning and Town Planning sectors. The practice's projects span across the whole of the UK and the Western side of Europe with their work ranging from Logistics, Warehouses, Commercial, Retail, Leisure, and Residential sectors.

The ideal candidate will be near to completing their Part 3 exams or be newly qualified and have working knowledge in Revit/ BIM. You should boast design flare and excellent communication skills.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 3/ Newly Qualified Architect:

• ARB registered or working towards completing your Part 3 exam if not yet qualified.
• Several years UK based experience working on relevant sectors of work (This can be made up of your Part 2 experience).
• Previous exposure working in a Revit and BIM environment would be preferred.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
• Boast excellent design and technical abilities.
• Able to complete work to a high standard whilst keeping within the time frames.
• Support the Senior members of the team across relevant RIBA stages of work.
• Confident in a client facing role, as you will sometimes be support in leading meetings.
• On site experience would be essential.
• Living within Leicestershire and ideally, access to your own car.
