Architectural Technician/ Technologist

We are a small practice working within a multi-disciplinary team who are made up of Architects, Interior Designers, Master planners, Project Mangers along with a creative studio producing graphic design, cutting edge animation and CGI & 3D visual projects for high profile clients.

We are looking for experienced Architectural Technologists and/ or Technicians who are either chartered or have at least several years post qualification experience. Excellent AutoCAD skills would be essential in order to succeed in the position, experience in Sketchup would be a bonus.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

• Either MCIAT registered or several years post qualification.
• Self-motivated and be able to work to a high standard within the given deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate strong technical abilities exhibited throughout your supporting portfolio.
• Good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Proficient understanding of the UK building regulations.
• Provide design proposals, technical solutions/ specifications, professional expertise, and support.
