Project Director

Our client has won a range of projects due to their award winning work all over the world. As a result they are hiring a Project Director for their Dubai office who will oversee the teams and report directly to the MD.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Project leadership.

• Project Planning.

• Teams management.

• Design overview.

• Client Management.

• Financial Management.

• Quality Control.

• Process improvement.

• Regulatory compliance.

Candidate criteria required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

• 15+ years track record of successful project management in the architecture industry on various types of projects with reputed practices, UAE/GCC projects experience is ideal but not mandatory.

• Professional license as an architect is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to always meet deadlines.

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials.

• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Experience managing teams

In turn, our client offers a negotiable, tax free salary in line with the UAE market, plus medical insurance, gratuity (end of service), life insurance, annual air ticket to home country, 5 day working week and annual leave. Re-location one way flight to Dubai and initial 15 days hotel accommodation is paid for.
