My client is an employee-owned-trust, that have an excellent design reputation across multiple projects, inclusive of the Conservation, Leisure, Education, Residential, Healthcare & Sports sectors. The practice is RIBA Chartered and Award-Winning and have over 40 members of the team, across their 3 office locations.

The ideal candidate will have several years post Part 3 experience and have experience in the design and delivery of projects from concept to site, including the preparation of planning, tender, and construction drawings and specifications. The team are BIM users, so Revit knowledge would be essential, alongside AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe skills being preferable.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• At least several years post Part 3.
• Experience across all RIBA stages and the running of projects.
• Relevant project experience- ideally across the Residential, Education and Health sectors.
• Good BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe skills.
• Confident communicator and happy leading team/ site meetings.
• Boast design flare and good technical abilities.
• Living locally to Brighton or happy commuting here daily.
• Ideally your own drivers license and vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Support and mentor more junior members of the team.
• Work to strict deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
