My client is looking for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant at a busy time for the practice to work within the Residential sector to bring conversions, new-build developments and a wide range of architectural projects to life.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent design skills as well as demonstrating a proficiency in Revit. The perfect candidate will also come across as enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.

Skills needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• To be creative to produce integrated designs
• To demonstrate efficient design and technical skills
• To be proficient in sustainable design
• An excellent communicator, to deliver ideas orally as well as written
• To be able to have a proactive approach to problem solving
• To demonstrate a creative approach to all new ideas

Essential skills needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Experience in the Residential sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong Revit skills
• Experience in construction drawing packages is preferable
