**Senior Architectural Technologist - Newark, Nottinghamshire**
**Senior Architectural Technologist Job working in the UK 's leading Industrial architectural practice; covering all aspects of Industrial design including Ecommerce, Distribution/Logistics, Energy from Waste, Manufacturing and Film/TV studios.**
My client is currently looking to expand their Newark team with diverse projects across the UK. New projects and sustained growth have opened up this opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to support the next phase of growth.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Run through all RIBA stages from concept to completion
- Work collaboratively and report directly to subsequent directors
- Deliver high quality planning, tender and construction packages
- Lead and assist project teams to ensure optimal efficiencies and any delays are mitigated
- Production of Technical drawing packages.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Candidates must have minimum 3 years PQE
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Proven track record of successful project management, leading teams and running projects
- Must have strong client facing skills
- Exceptional design skills with a thorough knowledge of technical and construction information.
