Part 1 Architects Assistant, Dorset

We have offices located in a beautiful and unrivalled Historic Country Estate.

We are currently looking for ambitious Part I Architectural Assistant to join our small, friendly team in Dorset. You will be working across a wide range of RIBA work stages, assisting with the development of design proposals, preparing & submitting planning applications, preparing drawings & visualisations, & liaising with both clients & contractors.

You should demonstrate high levels of design, technical and presentation skills and will be given the opportunity to directly contribute to exciting projects. Candidates will be assigned a mentor to ensure you maximise your experience with us.  

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

·      A passion for high end design;

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp, with proficiency in AutoCAD preferable;

·      Excellent design & presentation skills;

·      Polite & professional attitude;

·      Be able to work as part of small busy team;

·      Good time management skills;

·      Fluent written & spoken English;

Office hours are between 8.30am & 5pm Monday to Friday.
