Our portfolio of projects includes high-end residential developments, one-off homes, hotels and luxury holiday accommodation.  We are also involved in developing projects that enhance our communities and we have an excellent reputation for the conservation and restoration of heritage buildings.

We are a design-led practice with a strong sustainability agenda and interest in promoting the development of healthy buildings which minimise their impact on the environment.

About the Position

As a long-established practice with strong ties to the community, we offer the opportunity to work with design freedom and gain genuine, practical, hands-on experience on a diverse range of projects.

Collaborating with colleagues in a small team with wide-ranging skillsets, you will gain a breadth and depth of knowledge that will help to develop the expertise necessary to further your career.

We actively promote engagement with clients and other consultants, supporting growth of the communication skills necessary for building effective working relationships.

Our commitment to fostering professional development has led to many colleagues over the years choosing to return to the practice at various stages in their career.

A friendly working environment in recently renovated offices with free on-site parking and within walking distance of some of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall presents a rare work/life balance opportunity.
