I am currently working with a well-established Architectural Practice based in Buckinghamshire. This award-winning RIBA chartered practice are looking for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team. They cover a wide range of projects in a variety of different sectors including, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Conservation, Masterplanning, Retail and Leisure

The successful candidate will need to be design focused with relevant experience in a UK based practice. They will have the opportunity to work alongside disciplined experts on challenging and exciting projects.

Skills and Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Assist in the design and drawings for building regulations

• Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
• Good time management skills, able to work on multiple projects at the same time
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations

Essentials needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Proficient using AutoCAD
• Good organisational and presentational skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Able to produce high quality technical drawings
