Senior Architect

Planning Recruitment are currently supporting a medium sized architectural studio in Central London. They are looking to hire Senior Architects following a succession of work winning in the Data Centre sector.

Upon joining the practice, you will be working with a wider project team to supervise the project team through schematic design, design development and construction documentation stages. The projects you will be working on will be technically complex data centres in the UK and Europe, therefore you must be technically capable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills Required:-

• 5 – 10 years post part3 experience or equivalent.
• Experience working from RIBA stages 0 – 5. 
• Experience working on complex projects. Data centre experience is not essential but desirable. Other suitable sector experience would include commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, life science etc.
• Strong technical detailing skills and experience.
• Package leading experience on large scale projects.
• Revit proficiency.

Responsibilities:-

• Working across all RIBA stages
• Liasing with project leaders
• Overseeing projects and the work of other project team members.
• Participating in DTM’s
• Coordinating with consultants
• Preparing drawings and presentations
• Developing design models, drawings and construction details
• Using Revit on a daily basis
