About the company and role:

An exciting opportunity for a talented Architect has now become available with an award-winning practice based in York. This RIBA Chartered practice is looking for design focussed Architect to join their creative and forward-thinking team. They cover a wide range of projects in a variety of different sectors including Residential, Commercial, Heritage and Private homes.

The successful candidate will need to be design focused with relevant experience in a UK based practice. They should be comfortable working across all RIBA stages and have a good understanding of UK building regulations.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB Registered
• RIBA part 3 qualified
• Proficient using Revit
• Knowledge of current UK construction methods, building regulations and planning policies
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Proactive and ambitious approach to projects
• Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Able to work effectively as part of a team, sharing both information and resources
