About the company and role:
I am currently working with large international Architectural practice made up of architects, designers, engineers and urbanists. This practice based in Birmingham are looking for an experienced Architect to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. They cover projects across a wide range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Housing, Leisure & Culture, Retail, Sport, Transport and Urbanism
The desired candidate will need to proficient using Revit with post part 3 experience working in a UK based practice. They will be reporting directly to the project Associate/Director working on projects ranging from £10m to £100m. The successful candidate will work within a team environment helping to highest quality of design information at all RIBA design stages

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- ARB Registered and RIBA part 3 qualified
- Proficient using Revit (3D and rendering)
- Ability to manage and mentor others
- Proven experience in the application of UK Building Regulations
- Experience in the procurement of buildings and ability to run projects on site
- Proficient in managing your time to meet tight deadlines
- Able to produce concept designs from briefing information
- Creation of CGI views using a REVIT base model
- Development of tender package information including product selection and input into NBS specification
- Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to work effectively as part of a team, sharing both information and resources
