My client is a well-established and AJ100 firm, who have several locations in the Southern region. They are well-known for their design excellence across several sectors, with their projects ranging from medium-large scale. For this role, you will be joining the Residential team, so previous experience working across this sector would be essential. Revit knowledge is essential.

Required Skills & Experience for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Part 2 qualified and recognised with RIBA.
• It would be essential to have your Part 1 year out experience and ideally, some post Part 2 experience too.
• Relevant Residential exposure with both medium to large scale projects.
• Excellent attention to detail complimented by a strong design/ technical portfolio.
• The ability to work successful both independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the UK building regulations and planning standards.
• AutoCAD and Sketch-up proficiency would be desirable.
• Experience in Revit is essential.
