My client is a multi-disciplinary practice based in the East Midland region, who have been established for well over 40 years. They currently work across a broad range of sectors, with their recent work including Heritage, Residential and Commercial Projects.

The ideal candidate will already have several years UK based experience in a similar level role and excellent technical abilities. You should also have good CAD and BIM skills

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• Substantial post qualification experience working as an Architectural Technician.
• Excellent understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
• Proficient in producing technical detailing to a high standard.
• A good understanding of both CAD and BIM software's.
• Experience working across similar and relevant sectors.
• Confident running jobs across all RIBA stages.
• Able to manage a small team and delegate work load.
• Ideally experience attracting new clients.
