I am delighted to be supporting a long-standing client of mine in a new appointment of Part 2 Architectural Assistant! With this role you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects covering the Housing, Hotels, Leisure, and Interior sectors with a sustainable focus on projects. My client is ArchiCAD users, so previous experience would be beneficial, but not essential.

My client is looking to speak with both Part 1 and 2 Architectural Assistants with post qualification experience. As part of this role, you will be joining a successful team, where you will be given support and trading to help you progress your career in architecture.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Assistant:

• Part 1 and/ or 2 qualified and recognised by RIBA.
• Post qualification experience would be essential in a UK based practice.
• Boast strong design skills and a good technical understanding.
• Good communication skills both verbally and written.
• The ability to work to a high standard both as part of a team and individually.
• The ability to pick up new software's quickly, such as ArchiCAD.
• Have a genuine passion for sectors as listed above and sustainable design.
• Be heavily involved with the coordination of designs alongside your team.
• Support the Architects through all RIBA stages on projects.
