Project Architect Job in North London

A Project Architect job is now available working with a multi-disciplinary practice in North London.

This company of around 20 foster an environment of growth, working on a mixture of projects from housing to office and mixed-use developments.

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare drawings, models, images

Mentor and lead junior members of the team

Manage projects across all RIBA stages

Contribute/assist in the creative design of projects

Complete plan checks as required, to ensure maintenance of high standard of project delivery

Research techniques relating to materials, methods and construction

Follow all architectural guidelines and standards

Develop representations of design options.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years' experience in Project Architect position

Vectorworks experience is essential

Good knowledge of building regulations and construction materials/methods

Proven experience leading projects

Site experience is required

Excellent design skills

Ability to motivate and encourage

Excellent English, both written and verbal

Eligibility to work in the UK.

Salary of £42,000 - £47,000 (flexible for more experienced candidates)
