Architect Job in Central London
An architecture and masterplanning practice based in Central London is looking for an Architect to work on a variety of project scales and sectors.
Established over 30 years, this practice is a reputable architecture and masterplanning studio, working on projects across every scale. Their talented team of around 15 are expert in producing innovative and efficient design solutions from historic buildings and high-end residences to masterplans.
Role & Responsibilities
- Be responsible for specific areas of design and construction packages
- Prepare and develop drawings and models relating to project documents
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors
- Prepare technical packages for tender and construction to high standard
- Prepare planning applications
- Attend and run site and office meetings as required
- Monitor construction work to ensure compliance, as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience post part III qualification
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and general planning policy
- Demonstratable ability to develop designs
- Excellent technical skills
- Masterplanning experience is preferred
- Experience across all RIBA stages, including on site
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit is required
- Working understanding of Photoshop and InDesign
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal is essential.
