Technical Leader/Associate Director
£55,000 - £75,000
London - Hybrid
On behalf of a global practice with lots of UK work, we are seeking an experienced Architect to join the team.
This company is led by an individual with a very strong track record for winning and delivering projects in the housing sector.
Currently they have a £55 million project moving into stage 4/5 along with further projects in the £40million range at stages 3 and 4.
Alongside this, they have projects at stage 2 for a 12 storey high density scheme.
We are seeking someone who is fully versed in building regulations, detailing, working drawings, specification writing, procurement and site work.
It is important that you can use Revit for this role.
In joining this emerging company, they do like to have strong all rounders that can step up and down in responsibility.
Whilst you will have a wider team to support you, being able to detail is important.
This position has a broad salary band and that lends itself to the stage you are at in your career.
If you are less experienced, there is room to grow within the role.
If you are at the top of this bracket, then Technical Director would be how you can personally develop at this company.
