An exciting opportunity has now become available with an award-winning architectural practice based in Birmingham. This RIBA chartered practice are looking for an enthusiastic Architectural Revit Technician to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. The practice covers a wide range of projects including Community, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Heritage, Commercial and Residential.
The successful candidate will need to be design focused and proficient in the use of Revit. The desired candidate will also have experience working in a UK based Architectural practice. There is the opportunity to work alongside disciplined experts on exciting and challenging new projects.

Skills and responsibilities for this Architectural Technician:
- Good attention to detail with an ability to stay calm under pressure
- Able to produce detailed work drawing packages and accurate technical drawings
- Work cooperatively by sharing resources, information, and knowledge
- Good organisational and presentation skills
Essentials needed for this Architectural Technician:
- Proficient in the use of Revit
- Experience working in a UK based Architectural Practice
- Able to produce and issue tender packages
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
