ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST OR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN

Preparation, coordination and communication of technical information. Technical construction detailing. Developing technical solutions with the consultant team. Preparing drawings and information for building regulations, tender and construction issue. Tracking building regulation compliance during construction and liaise with construction team. Attend site, respond to contractor queries and prepare site reports. Keeping up to date with new construction methods, materials, technology and regulations. Familiarity with AutoCAD software. Previous experience of Archicad would be beneficial but not essential. Good knowledge of building regulation and regulatory requirements. Ability to work in a small team across numerous projects. Ability to work to deadlines and manage own time. Current Driving Licence.
