Renowned award-winning Architectural Practice looks to welcome a Head of Technical.
The role will have a companywide responsibility for the delivery of all projects.
Having your finger on the pulse of all technical developments in the industry, ensuring preparation and roll-out of training for all staff to ensure best practice of technical standards are preformed throughout the studios.
Offering technical expertise to clients and technical reviews on projects. Leading the way on all statutory requirements.
Working with other heads to ensure the technical team support and achieve the strategic plan.
The successful candidate will be an expert in their field, problem solving and strategic thinker with strong communication abilities making them a strong leader and manager.
ARB, RIBA or CIAT qualified. The ideal candidate will have a background working within the commercial sector, with an emphasis on office schemes, however other typologies considered.
