Location: Glasgow
Salary Expectations: £35,000 - £42,000
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be representing a multi - disciplinary practice based in Glasgow. My client is looking for a talented Project Architect to work predominately in the healthcare sector on large scale projects.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong proven portfolio of projects within the healthcare sector whilst being proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
On offer is a competitive salary, and the opportunity to work for a well-known client with offices across the UK.
Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect role:
Preparing and presenting design proposals to the client
Ensuring that all deadlines are met to a great standard of work
Liaising with other clients, contractors, and other professionals
Resolve problems and issues that arise
Skills & Requirements
Previous exposure to the Healthcare sector
Strong design flair and technical expertise required - a desire for design and technical excellence
Ability to act as a Project Leader and work as part of an inter-disciplinary team
Ability to develop and enhance Client relationships
Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint essential
Must be a strong user of AutoCAD and Revit
