Architectural Technician (Permanent Position)

A fantastic opportunity has become available with an award-winning practice based in Harrogate. The practice is looking for a highly motivated Architectural Technician to join their team. The practice covers a wide range of projects in a variety of different sectors including Residential, commercial, master planning, retail and healthcare.

The successful candidate will need to be proficient using Revit with relevant experience working in a UK based practice. The desired candidate will be comfortable leading projects from conception through to completion. This role provides the opportunity to work with discipline experts on exciting new projects.

Skills and Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Assist in the design and drawings for building regulations
• Implement and assemble surveys, primary appraisal schemes, concept layouts and concluding planning layouts

• Exposure to site inspections
• Work accurately to meet deadlines, collectively working in sync with my client's team members and other external consultants
• To implement and manage any issue tender packages
• Able to produce high quality technical drawings

Essentials needed for this Architectural Technician role:

• Proficient in Revit
• Job running experience
• Logistics and industrial experience beneficial
• In depth knowledge of current building regulations
• Good organisational and presentational skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
