I am pleased to be supporting a well-established and successful practice who currently offer services to architectural design, construction management and building construction professionals. My client has a track record for delivering a wide range of projects, predominantly across the Commercial and Residential sectors. These projects include Residential extensions through to Multi-Million-Pound Commercial Buildings.

The ideal candidate will have post qualification experience and will already be living locally to Norfolk. It would be essential to have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

• Ideally a HNC/HND in a related subject or an Architectural Technology degree.
• Several years UK based experience
• Exposure to similar projects as listed above.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Boast strong technical and detailing skills.
• Able to work well both individually and as part of a team.
• Confident completing work to a high standard within given time frames.
• A team player and happy to mentor more junior team members.
• Support the senior team members across RIBA stages.
