A fantastic opportunity is now available for an aspiring Architectural Technician to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice. My client specialises in residential, healthcare, sport and leisure, retail and logistics sectors. The company is intended on having positive social and environmental effect to enhance the experience of users.

The successful candidate will need to be design focused to deliver innovative and high-quality projects across the UK. In addition to this, they will need a minimum of three years UK work experience and be proficient using Revit.

Skills and Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Assist in the design and drawings for building regulations
• Implement and assemble surveys, primary appraisal schemes, concept layouts and concluding planning layouts

• Exposure to site inspections
• Work accurately to meet deadlines, collectively working in sync with my client's team members and other external consultants
• Evaluate the health and safety of design
• To implement and manage any issue tender packages
• Able to produce high quality technical drawings

Essentials needed for this Architectural Technician role:

• Proficient in Revit
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Able to use all facets Microsoft office
• Knowledge of building regulations
• A good written and verbal communication
• Good organisational and presentational skills
