I am delighted to be supporting a long-standing client of mine in a new recruitment drive for their North West Studio- Manchester. My client has expertise across the Education, Travel, Retail, Healthcare and Residential sectors and are Revit and AutoCAD users. With 4 studios across the UK, they have a strong reputation for their creativity across various project sizes.

My client is looking to speak with Architectural Technicians and Technologist with several years post qualification experience, right through to those that have extensive UK based experience. The ideal candidate will boast strong technical and detailing skills and have previous exposure working in a technical delivery role.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

• Qualified to degree level or an HNC/ HND in an architectural technology related subject.
• Proven exposure working in a technical role in a UK based practice.
• Confident producing technical information for tender packages.
• Able to work both individually and as part of a team to a high standard.
• Excellent understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
• Fluent in English and good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Liaise with your design team, contractors, and external clients.
• Able to lead a small team through RIBA stages.
