Part II Architectural Assistant/Part III

Award-winning studio looking for experienced RIBA Part II / recently qualified Part III to work on a variety of private residential projects in London.

With minimum 2-3 years post Part II experience, the ideal candidate would be: able to take on a job-running function soon after joining; work in a small team with a willingness to take responsibility; consultant- and contractor-facing; well-organised, reliable and curious; confident in working on several projects, covering most aspects of designing and making architecture.

Candidates should be demonstrably motivated, involved in the culture of architectural design, mindful of how buildings go together, and have the wit and will to build. Written & spoken English skills and an ability to communicate are essential.

We have a strong track-record of Part II students in our office qualifying for Part III.

Preferred technical skills:

• Proficiency in Vectorworks;
• Experience using SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office suite;
• Evidence of hand-drawing and physical ‘making’ (eg models) will be viewed favourably;

Interviews will take place in our office in March / April.
