Location: Fleet, Hampshire

Salary: £40-50,000 Dependant on experience

I am pleased to be supporting a national independent property consultancy who have recently acquired a Hampshire based Architectural practice. My client is known for their expertise across the Education, Industrial and Private sectors and have been established for well over 100 years.

The ideal candidate will have been working in a similar level role, with a wealth of experience post Part 3. As part of this role, you will be client facing and should have experience across RIBA stages 1 through to 6.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

• ARB registered and sufficient post Part 3 experience.
• Relevant project experience to those listed above.
• Living locally to Fleet and ideally access to your own vehicle if needed for site visits.
• Confident when attending client and site meetings.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
• The ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of work.
• Previous experience working across all RIBA stages.
• Excellent design and technical skills, demonstrated in your supporting portfolio.
• Support the more junior members of the team and mentor when needed.
• Work alongside the Directors through all stages of projects.
