Salary: £32,000-£40,000 (dependent on experience)

About the company and role:

I am currently working with a multidisciplinary consultancy providing a broad spectrum of architecture-led services and creating client value across private and public market sectors throughout the UK and Internationally. This award-winning consultancy are looking for a fully qualified Architect with a passion for design to join their open and friendly studio. They cover a wide range of projects in a variety of different sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, residential, conservation and heritage.

The successful candidate will require post Part 3 experience in a UK based practice and have strong Revit capabilities. The desired candidate will also need experience working traditionally on the client side of a contract.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• Strong Revit skills
• Experience in producing tender and construction packages of drawing information accurately under very tight deadlines
• Able to work across all RIBA stages, taking projects from conception to completion
• Willing to run and project manage large projects
• Experience working post part 3 in a UK based practice
• Knowledge of current UK construction methods, building regulations and planning policies
• Offer guidance to junior members of the team
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Proactive and ambitious approach to projects

• Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
