Architect or Architectural Technologist and Part 2 Architectural Assistant

DP Architects, who are award winning residential specialists, are seeking to appoint an Architect/ Architectural Technologist with significant experience of detailing and design of residential schemes, and a Part 2 Architectural Assistant.  Our expanding workload includes large country houses, listed buildings, affordable housing, single dwellings, barn conversions, listed buildings, house remodelling, brown field redevelopments, conservation work and planning consultancy.

The successful candidates should be an excellent communicator with strong written and presentation skills, experience of Vectorworks, Photoshop, Word and/ or other 3D packages is desirable. Candidates for the Architectural and Architectural Technologist roles will be required to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and technical detailing. 

DP Architects are based in a converted listed building in the pretty rural village of Watlington, which is close to J6 of the M40.  As there is minimal public transport and your role will include visiting clients and attending meetings throughout the South East, you will need to have a clean valid driving license and car.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience + Bonus + Pension + Death in Service + Wellbeing Support + Health Insurance (after 12 months), 23 days annual leave, and bank holidays.
