Job Details

Clements & Porter Architects are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our team. We are a small design-led practice focused on delivering high quality architecture on constrained brownfield sites within East London. Job Description

  • Run multiple projects at various stages from early concept to construction
  • Coordination and management of project team, including specialist consultants
  • Work on a mix of residential, commercial and serviced apartments projects
  • Engage and develop client relationships
  • Work as a key member of a growing practice

Applicant experience and skills

  • 3 years post Part 2 experience
  • Good working knowledge of planning system and building regs
  • Confident communication skills
  • Fluency with design software, preferably using Vectorworks and Affinity Suite.

Salary will be based on experience and in accordance with RIBA salary guide
