Architectural Technician / Technologist or Part II Assistant

Cube are a Multi Discipline Practice and require an Architectural Technician / Technologist or Part II Assistant to join our Design Team working on planning, Building Regulations and tender packages within the retail sector.

The right candidate will:

• be able to be office based in Islington London, with an ability to attend meetings and inspections on site. WFH is available and Part time/ flexible working may also be considered.

• have good proven experience in producing drawings and specifications suitable for Planning and Building Regulations approval, with a good understanding of construction detailing

• be able to work pro-actively as part of a small team, meeting deadlines and planning your own workload

• have excellent written and verbal communication skills,

• preferably have experience working in AutoCAD and Revit

Salary will be competitive and relative to experience.
