About the Company:
I am currently working with a RIBA chartered practice based in Winchester who are looking for a talented Architect to join their team. My client operates an energetic and highly motivated practice working on a diverse range of projects in a variety of different sectors including, residential, commercial, interiors and extensions.
The successful candidate will need to be design focused with strong AutoCAD and Sketchup skills. This position provides an exciting prospect to work in a social and fun practice, as well as providing the opportunity to work on ambitious projects. The practice is focused on retaining and growing talented individuals, providing training and experience at every stage of the process.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- Proficient AutoCAD and Sketchup skills
- Basic understanding of Lumion (preferable)
- Knowledge of current UK construction methods, building regulations and planning policies
- Comfortable working across all RIBA stages
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Proactive and ambitious approach to projects
- Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
