Senior Architectural Technician job now available focusing on the delivery of residential-based projects. The role would see you join a close-knit team based in its Winchester office.

This practice was recently established and has found great success working on a mix of bespoke residential and smaller residential development projects. Based in London and Winchester the practice looks to offer a good work-life balance and develop an environment that helps the well-being and enjoyment of their work with its staff.

With a number of residential projects including small residential developments, they are seeking a Revit skilled Senior Architectural Technician with experience in project delivery to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working through RIBA stages 3-5 on UK-based residential projects
• Use of Revit on a daily basis
• Production of technical detailing drawings
• Responsibility for the delivery of projects.
• Experience working on site.

Required Skills & Experience

• Possess a minimum of 4 years of UK project experience ideally in the residential sector
• Experience in the delivery of projects is essential
• Skilled in the use of Revit
• Strong technical ability.
