I am delighted to be supporting an award-winning and design-led practice based in Birmingham, who due to continued succession on projects, require a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. My client work across the Residential, Commercial, Community, Conservation, Education, Sports & Leisure sectors and are Revit and AutoCAD users.

My client has an excellent in-house team, where they anticipate all Part 2 Architectural Assistants within the practice, will get the support and training to progress and fully qualify as an Architect.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Part 2 qualified with the degree achieved in an ARB/ RIBA approved school- the above can be replaced with equivalent qualifications from other countries supported by a UK NARIC statement of Comparability.
• Boast design flare and good technical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Previous exposure to similar projects would be preferred.
• Good Revit and AutoCAD skills would be essential.
• Support the Senior members of the team across all RIBA stages.
• Liaise with wider team members including clients and other contractors where needed.
• Attend site meetings and document where appropriate.
