I am currently working with an award-winning RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based in Oxford. This multi-disciplinary practice is looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join their friendly and forward-thinking team. They work across a range of business sectors including Education and Healthcare, creating buildings for all kinds of people and organisations

The successful candidate will need to be design focused with relevant experience working in a UK based architectural practice. There is the opportunity to work alongside both the Architectural and Surveying team on exciting and challenging new projects.

Skills and Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Assist in the design and drawings for building regulations

• Evaluate the health and safety of design
• To implement and manage any issue tender packages
• Able to produce high quality technical drawings
• Adopt a proactive approach to problem solving

Essentials needed for this Architectural Technician role:

• Strong AutoCAD and Revit
• Able to use all facets of Microsoft office
• In depth knowledge of building regulations and planning rules
• Good organisational and presentational skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
