I am pleased to be supporting an Award-Winning and RIBA Chartered practice based in Leeds who are known for their design excellence across the Residential, Commercial, Public, Community, Master Planning and Conservation sectors. They are Revit and AutoCAD users and are made up of a medium sized team of Architects, Technicians, Technologists, Assistants, and the Senior team/ Directors.

I am looking to speak with both Junior and Intermediate Architectural Technicians and Technologists who are eager to advance their career and have a passion for technical design.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

• Relevant Architectural Technology degree or HNC/ HND.
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD and Revit would be desirable.
• Excellent understanding of the UK Building regulations.
• Encompass excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Produce work drawings and technical designs to a high standard.
• Complete all projects within the given time frame.
• Liaise with your planning team regarding the planning conditions.
• Issue inspection reports after attending site meetings.
• Boast strong technical abilities and design flare.
