Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Central London

Part II Architectural Assistant job available with a practice that is recognised worldwide for its award-winning projects in traditional and classical architecture! This practice also offers huge career progression and flexibility!

With their projects being featured in a number of industry and lifestyle publications on a regular basis, the practice's portfolio of projects ranges from beautiful historical buildings and private homes to commercial properties and interiors.

Due to office expansion and a growing portfolio, they now require Part II Architectural Assistants with a minimum of 2 years PQE and experience with planning applications, listed building consents, and design & access statements to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working directly with a senior member of staff on several high-end conservation projects across various RIBA stages
  • Production of design and technical drawing packages
  • Ensuring work is produced and delivered to a high standard
  • Using ArchiCAD on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Qualified as a Part II Architectural assistant with a minimum of 2 years PQE
  • To have an interest and passion in conservation and historical buildings
  • Examples of classical detailing in a portfolio would be highly beneficial, plus details of planning applications, listed building consents, and design & access statements that you have been involved with
  • Strong hand sketching skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.

  • Salary of £29,000 - £34,000 DOE
