Chartered Architect

MSPlanning Ltd are looking for an Architect with ambition and creativity to join our growing and highly successful architectural team.  We are a well-established multidisciplinary professional team providing the full range of architectural services, planning consultancy and heritage consultancy making us the leading practice for gaining planning approvals in Jersey.

We are currently looking for an Architect who is happy to take on a range of exciting high-value projects and is comfortable leading a team to deliver excellence from concept design all the way through to completion on site.  We work alongside a range of developers with our main clientele being private clients.

We provide a very personal service and due to our multidisciplinary practice we have an amazing track record in achieving complex approvals.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience providing high level of design along with on site experience / contract administration.  Experience with Vectorworks, Archicad and photoshop is desired.

You need to be a Chartered Member of the RIBA and be able to demonstrate experience with planning, building regulations, design coordination, procurement processes and sustainable construction and detailing.
