About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual with an awareness of digital delivery with a keenness to learn new ways of delivering e-learning. You will have excellent administrative skills with good attention to detail obtained through previous working in an office environment. You will have good communication skills, both written and verbal. 

What are we looking for?

The candidate should be able to;

  • Host and deliver live webinars, working with the Academy team. This includes reading an introduction script at the start, introducing the speakers and managing the Q&A sessions during the webinars.
  • Undertake the administration aspect of delivering and hosting a webinar, including scheduling training / rehearsals with speakers, collating speaker’s polls, questions and videos and setting up these aspects on the webinar delivery platform (Go to Webinar) ahead of each event.
  • Support the Academy team by adding the prepared subtitles to the pre-produced videos using SCORM to ensure inclusive access for all delegates. Support the Business Development Manager and Digital CPD Co-ordinator with uploading content on our learning platform RIBA Academy.
