Senior Architect

Planning Recruitment are currently supporting an award-winning consultancy in Essex as they seek to welcome a Senior Architect to their Architecture department following a period of success and buoyant growth.

Upon joining the Architecture team, working with the Associate and Architecture Partner, you will be responsible for leading projects and project teams throughout a project’s lifespan. The practice boasts an impressive and diverse portfolio of projects across the Education, Residential and Commercial sectors. You will be responsible for leading a small architectural team, representing the practice at client meetings, manging projects across all RIBA stages and liasing with external contractors and consultants.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a similar role, experience working across all RIBA stages, comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes and sound technical knowledge. You will be client facing and confident in dealing with contractors and consultants. The ideal candidate will also possess a high level of proficiency with AdobeSuite and BIM.
