Architect

We are well-established, friendly, vibrant and forward-looking practice based in West London looking for an Architect who is a team player with good people skills and technical expertise. The majority of our projects are refurbishment to large, mid to small scale residential, civic or mixed-use so relevant experience would be advisable. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all RIBA Work Stages and current Building Regulations. The experience we seek requires technical working proficiency under D&B as well as traditional contracts also for new build projects. We have a multi-disciplinary team on board (PassivHaus, CDM, Building and Quantity Surveying) but we are always open to any new skill set! Salary depending upon experience.
