Architectural Technician/Technical Architect

A friendly design and technical team are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician or Technical Architect to join their busy and expanding team. Working on mainly medium - large high end Residential developments, the right individual will need to have a background within the Residential field.

You will be an integral part of the team working on simultaneous projects at any one time helping to deliver projects across the technical stages. This is an ideal opportunity to work for a growing and thriving practice with great stability.

To be considered for this role the right individual must have a comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations. You will also ideally have experience working in AutoCAD or Revit and will have experience in detailing across medium- large schemes.
