Planning Recruitment are proud to be supporting an AJ100 and WA100 practice in Central London as they look to welcome an Architect with strong technical skills to their Residential team.
Upon joining the team, you will be working on a 600+ unit high rise residential scheme in London to lead the Stage 4 façade package. Beyond this, there are opportunities to progress within the practice and team into a project running role. The practice work on projects from concept through to completion, across a number of core sectors including Residential, Masterplanning, Mixed-use, Commercial workplace, Hospitality, Retail and Public Realm to name a few.
The ideal candidate will possess Part 3 qualification and have approximately 2 – 5 years’ experience or equivalent*. You will be able to demonstrate practice experience working on RIBA stage 4 on multi-unit residential schemes and have a solid understanding of technical design, tender and construction stages. You will also possess excellent Revit skills, with proven experience using this on a large-scale project within practice.
The successful candidate will be joining a global, highly regarded Architectural practice with a focus on sustainable design and placemaking. Beyond the immediate role is the opportunity, scope and support to grow into a fully-fledged project running role. The practice are based in Central London, near major stations and tube lines and offer the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week.
*Where we indicate a band of PQE for a role, this indicates how long we would expect an architectural professional to take to gain the level of experience required in an appropriate context.
