Junior Architectural Technician

A buoyant and growing Architectural practice in Berkshire, have a great opportunity for a Junior Architectural Technician to join their friendly team to work across a variety of Residential projects, ranging from high end one-off houses to larger developments.

You will be working within a team of experienced technicians, delivering drawing packages across a range of projects at any one time. Working in a supportive environment you will get great on the job training and long term will be able to progress to a senior technician/technologist.

To become a part of this growing practice, the ideal individual would have the following skills and experience:

Not essential but ideally experience working across Residential projects, you will be working on one off houses & medium-large sized developments

• Technical detailing know how and producing construction details in AutoCAD. Revit would be a bonus also (although not essential)
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team
• A degree in Architectural Technology
