About the Role

The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) champions better buildings, communities and the environment through architecture and its members.

A fantastic opportunity has opened for the right person to work with us in our team based in London, processing learning content applications for our assessment, and supporting the customers who pay for this service. The CPD Coordinator supports our busy income-generating education programme, the RIBA CPD Providers Network, delivered jointly with our business partners at NBS.  You will be first contact for supporting the needs of the paying companies seeking content accreditation, enabling them to deliver RIBA-assessed seminars to professionals. Your primary role will be to daily process and track their content submissions for our assessment, working with our architect assessors. You will also assist with the general activities of the CPD team.

Wondering what we are looking for?

The incumbent should be capable of:

  • Office management and regular use of CRMs  Delivering work to customer, member or client expectations and deadlines Coordinating and following complex business processes Communicating to stakeholders and customers clearly, correctly, and unambiguously Supporting customers in a busy helpdesk type situation

In addition to general administrative skills, you will be demonstrably highly digitally literate especially in using CRMs. You will be comfortable with picking up new technology, such as customer databases, financial administration, and work management processes.   You will be expected to be a very diligent, accurate and organised individual in your approach to your work. Please note that this is not an events management job and that this team does not arrange events.
